The HeyPenny platform guides leaders through meaningful conversations with a series of prompting questions available. High level insights are captured enabling relevant resources to be directed if needed. If the employee consents, the conversation can be recorded and AI can extract insights for confirmation by both parties. All data is anonymised and aggregated into a dashboard, offering an enterprise-wide view for informed decision-making.

Transparency is also key - a leader's role is to capture insights but the employee confirms & approves its accuracy.
Leaders can see conversations they have entered for their team and associated insights. All insights are anonymised using a mix of human and software controls to remove identifiable features e.g. he & she to they/them.
Finally, HeyPenny has high standard security controls to protect the privacy and confidentiality of data and commercial sensitivity.
